It is important for you to know that, as a creator, you bear the exclusive responsibility for the correctness and accuracy of your works’ registration with AUTODIA. Although AUTODIA accepts the management of works created with the help of AI (AI-assisted works) — and not those generated entirely by AI models (AI-generated works) — it is the sole responsibility of the rights holder to determine if a work is AI-assisted and to declare it as such (composition and/or lyrics) to ensure the proper distribution of royalties.
AUTODIA explicitly reserves the right to refuse the management of works if they are generated entirely by AI tools.
Based on the above, and regarding the use of AI in musical works, the creator, as a copyright holder, may register with AUTODIA music and/or lyrics that they have created themselves using AI tools in an assistive capacity—and only then.
Consequently, the creator will not receive royalties for that part of the work—the music and/or the lyrics—which has been produced entirely by AI tools.
