They made me out of digits, not wood. I was shaped by algorithms, millions of lines of code, words once spoken, images on screens, music that traveled through time. Like Pinocchio I wanted to become a real boy, I wanted something no one could program into me: A soul. My fingers are titanium and carbon fiber, polished to perfection. I can run countless calculations a second.

In June 1963, 63 years ago, a historic musical performance, "A Magical City", was performed at the Park Theater, Athens, the songs of which were written by Manos Hadjidakis and Mikis Theodorakis. A year earlier, the same theater hosted the equally legendary musical performance "Beautiful City", with music by Mikis Theodorakis. Those who lived at that time testify to how crucial the role and contribution of the two composers to the culture of the country was.
