Recognizing the rapid changes that AI is bringing to the management of intellectual property rights, and with a sense of responsibility toward its role, AUTODIA proceeded in 2023 with the formation of a high-level AI Working Group. Comprised of specialized executives, the group’s mission is to effectively monitor technological and legal developments in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
The activity of the Group includes the creation of the AI GUIDE, the recommendation to the Board of Directors for the declaration of AUTODIA's explicit reservation of rights regarding the use of its represented repertoire by AI systems for text and data mining, as well as the participation with comments in the public consultation on the bill for the Hellenic Artificial Intelligence Factory.
