Review 2022-2025
At the start of the Assembly, CEO Ms. Margarita Panagiotopoulou presented the activity review of the outgoing statutory bodies for the 2022–2025 period, highlighting the following key points:
• 94.2% increase in the public performance client base
• 73% increase in membership
• 120% increase in revenue (€37.5 million)
• 118% increase in royalty distributions (€28.2 million)
Royalties distributed from 2018 through August 31st, 2026 -including the Distribution 2026S1 - totaled €80.6 million (+81%, net amount).
During the 2022–2025 period, AUTODIA is further consolidating its position in the collective management sector, having finalized and/or renewed significant licensing agreements with major user associations and hospitality/food service providers (KEEE, XEE), media and entertainment entities (EITISEE, EIIRA, PEIRAS, EDIRTMEE, COSMOTE-TELEKOM, NOVA), as well as leading streaming platforms (Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hayu, Google Play Movies), along with strategic partnerships (Mint Digital, TheMLC, HFA).
The simultaneous incorporation of new commercial and timeless repertoires, alongside the completion of arrangements to represent international repertoires in Greece, is expanding AUTODIA’s market share significantly.
Concurrently, the Organization is systematically investing in cutting-edge technologies -developing a next-generation IT system, signing a MoU with the National Centre for Scientific Research "Demokritos", and integrating AI applications to automate processes.
This development project is coupled with a strong social commitment -exemplified by the approved "Nikos Antypas" Relief Fund- as well as the undertaking of new initiatives, such as the potential Health Insurance and Occupational Insurance Programs.
With all the above, coupled with a new corporate identity, the "AUTODIA LABS" educational workshops, a consistent presence at international conferences and forums, and ongoing consultation with international and European associations, these efforts underscore AUTODIA’s pivotal role in protecting creators.
