Invitation to an Extraordinary General Assembly
Dear Members of AUTODIA,
We invite you to the Extraordinary General Assembly of our Organization, on September 18, 2026, Friday at 11.00 a.m., at the Electra Palace Athens Hotel (Navarchou Nikodimou 18-20, Athens 105 57 - Syntagma Metro Station):
1. Approval of the admission of new members.
2. Approval of the Regulation of the Relief Fund "NIKOS ANTYPAS" for the Members of AUTODIA and provision of authorization to the Board of Directors to specify criteria for the provision of cultural and/or educational services to members.
3. Elections of new members of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board.
In case of lack of quorum, the Extraordinary General Meeting, in accordance with the Articles of Association, will be repeated on Friday, September 25, 2026, at the same place, at the same time, without further notice, namely at 11.00 a.m., at the Electra Palace Athens Hotel (Navarchou Nikodimou 18-20, Athens 105 57 - Syntagma Metro Station).
We inform our new members that, as has been established, on the initial date of convening there is no quorum, with the result that the General Meeting will be held on the aforementioned date of September 25, 2026.
