The General Assembly of Members was successfully completed

During the Ordinary General Assembly held on Friday, July 3rd, and attended by a large number of Greek composers, lyricists, and music publishers, approval was granted for a series of actions that will further strengthen the Organization’s footprint as the effective and sustainable steward of collective management in the country.

Distribution for the First Half of 2026

Music authors and rightsholders of AUTODIA will receive over 11 million euros (net) in royalties for the first half of 2026, a 20% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Payments for the June 2026 distribution commenced on Wednesday, July 8th.

The approved results for the 2025 fiscal year indicate net royalties for distribution totaling over 28 million euros, derived from the following revenue sources: Public Performance via Mechanical Means, Live Performance (Concerts, Festivals, etc.), Cinemas, Television, Radio, Online (MINT, TheMLC, Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney, etc.), Major Live Concerts, Mechanical Reproduction (Independent Productions - BIEM/IFPI), Royalties from Abroad, Private Copy, and Sync Licenses.

Key Financial Results for the 2025 Fiscal Year

The positive financial performance in recent years confirms AUTODIA’s stability and ensures its long-term viability. Summary:

  • 23.5% increase in revenue, reaching 37.5 million euros.
  • 22.7% increase in net royalties for members/ rightsholders during this fiscal year, exceeding 28 million euros.
  • Significant increase in online royalties (music streaming/VOD), totaling 8.5 million euros.
  • 17.5% increase in direct members (2,210), featuring a substantial intake of commercial and timeless repertoire.

Business Development via Cutting-Edge Technologies

  • Exploring collaboration with the National Center for Scientific Research "Demokritos" to design and implement innovative digital tools, leveraging state-of-the-art technology to optimize business processes.
  • Integrating AI applications to automate workflows, enhance productivity, improve service quality, and reduce operating costs.
  • Designing and developing a next-generation information system to meet the Organization’s modern requirements for documentation and distribution.

Supporting the AUTODIA Members' Relief Fund

Approval was granted for a major concert to be held this coming November, aimed at substantially strengthening the "Nikos Antipas" Assistance Fund. This fund supports members in addressing extraordinary, urgent, and livelihood needs -primarily health-related- as well as social, cultural, and educational events.

Health Insurance Program

AUTODIA’s members, music authors/rightsholders, are now eligible to join a specialized group health insurance program.

Occupational Pension Program

A decision was made to explore the establishment of a Professional Insurance Fund (OPF) that would provide AUTODIA members/ rightsholders with lump-sum or retirement benefits.
