The “Save A Life” team informed us about its mission, program, and initiatives, highlighting the importance of offering and raising awareness around an issue that, even today, remains surrounded by myths and taboos.
At the end of the visit, employees who attended the event were given the opportunity to provide a sample and, if they wish, register as potential volunteer bone marrow donors. Many of them chose to provide a sample, supporting the mission of “Save A Life”.
The volunteers highlighted the importance of giving a second chance to people in need—individuals who may only require a little of our time and, if found compatible, a small amount of our blood.
In an atmosphere of giving and social contribution, employees received their Easter candles and exchanged wishes for health-one of the most valuable gifts for all.
