Entities (CΜOs or IMEs) located in another EU member state, for which no decision has been issued by the Ministry of Culture, are prohibited from managing the rights they represent and from exercising the powers granted by law for collective management within Greek territory (Article 6 and Article 4, paragraph 9 of Law 4481/2017).

The entities authorized by the Ministry of Culture are listed on the HCO's website, including AUTODIA.

AUTODIA is licensed by the Ministry of Culture and operates in accordance with the provisions of Law 4481/2017, with the aim of managing the rights of composers, lyricists, and music publishers, representing the entire international repertoire and the overwhelming majority of the Greek repertoire.
